Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is a Hollywood writer and actor whose talent has earned her recognition as well as critical praise. Sagittarius born, Julianne Moore was born on December 3, 1960 on the state of North Carolina. She's the third oldest siblings born to Peter Moore Smith, a paratrooper as well as Anne a psychologist.
