Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman is an American gymnast who was an athlete and captain of the 2012 Fierce Five as well as 2016 Final Five US Women's Olympic Gymnastics team. In 2012 her year, she received gold at the team events and also the floor exercises. In the balance beam, she received the bronze medal. It made her one of the very first American gymnast to compete at the Olympics with the highest number of medals. The year she was in 2016, and the teammate Gabby Doug were the first Americans to win back-to-back gold medals in team competitions. In addition, she was awarded silver medals at the individual all-around event as well as for the floor workout. Three years had passed since she last competed in gymnastics competitions. Furthermore she was part of two gold-winning American team in gymnastics. Gymnastics was her first sport since age of 2 and her favorite activity is Floor Exercise. Aly participates in the Uniting Against Lung Cancer Organization to honor and remember her grandmother. Aly is planning to pursue the profession of a fashion designer. She hopes to pursue growing her range of leotards. Fierce is a new book is due out later in the year.
